hilachemventures.com is the corporate website of Hilachem Ventures LLC. It provides information about the Company, its governance, and the brands and businesses it operates. This site does not itself offer customer accounts, sell products, or provide paid services. Your use of this site is subject to these Terms.

Hilachem Ventures LLC is governed according to the Christian principles described in the Company's Christian Governance statement. Holy Scripture is the Company's supreme and final religious authority. For purposes of the governance and conduct of Hilachem Ventures LLC, the Company has adopted Westminster Confession of Faith Chapter 19, Westminster Larger Catechism Questions 91–153, and Westminster Shorter Catechism Questions 39–84 as faithful subordinate summaries of Scripture's teaching concerning the moral law. The Christian Governance statement forms part of the Company's internal standard of conduct and informs how Hilachem Ventures LLC interprets and performs its own obligations.

You may read, link to, and print pages from this site for ordinary personal or informational use. Hilachem Ventures LLC owns its original website content, branding, logos, and other material created by or for the Company, except where material is identified as belonging to another source or is in the public domain. Nothing on this site gives you permission to use the Hilachem Ventures name, branding, or original content in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or authorization. We do not claim ownership of public-domain material or material belonging to others.

We seek to describe Hilachem Ventures LLC and its businesses accurately, but information on this site may change as the Company develops. Unless expressly stated otherwise, information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer to sell securities, an invitation to invest, legal advice, tax advice, or a binding commitment to enter into a transaction.

Hilachem Ventures LLC operates distinct brands and business operations, including Patriarch Outfitters and Platform Resolve. Those operations maintain their own websites and may have their own customer terms, privacy policies, product terms, and other policies. A purchase, account, subscription, or other transaction through one of those sites is governed by the terms applicable to that operation rather than these website Terms.

If you believe Hilachem Ventures LLC has acted improperly in connection with this site or a matter governed by these Terms, contact the Company first and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Both the Company and the other party should deal truthfully, identify the actual issue, and seek a just resolution before commencing formal proceedings. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, this site, or a matter directly involving Hilachem Ventures LLC that is not governed by separate terms for one of its brands or business operations will first be submitted to a good-faith effort at direct resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties agree to submit the unresolved dispute to mediation/arbitration under the then-current Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation. Mediation will ordinarily be attempted first. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the unresolved issues will proceed to binding Christian arbitration in accordance with those Rules.

In Christian conciliation involving Hilachem Ventures LLC, Holy Scripture is the supreme and final theological authority. Westminster Confession of Faith Chapter 19, Westminster Larger Catechism Questions 91–153, and Westminster Shorter Catechism Questions 39–84 state the Company's adopted subordinate understanding of Scripture's moral law for purposes of the Company's conduct and resolution of disputes.

The parties may mutually agree upon an Administrator qualified to conduct Christian conciliation under the applicable Rules. If they cannot agree, the Administrator will be selected in the manner provided by those Rules.

The parties will initially bear mediation, arbitration, administrative, and related expenses as provided by the applicable Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation and any applicable fee agreement. The arbitrator may allocate or reallocate reasonable fees, costs, expenses, and attorney fees in the final award to the extent permitted by the applicable Rules, these Terms, and applicable law. In determining an appropriate allocation, the arbitrator may consider conduct including fraud, knowingly false claims or defenses, unreasonable refusal of a fair resolution, unnecessary delay, failure to participate in required dispute procedures, or conduct that unnecessarily increased the cost of resolving the dispute.

The Christian dispute-resolution provision does not deny the lawful authority of civil government or the courts. A party may use a court where reasonably necessary to: enforce or confirm an arbitration award; obtain relief that applicable law requires a court to provide; preserve rights or property where delay would create irreparable harm; address a matter that cannot legally be subjected to arbitration.

These Terms and any dispute involving this site are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, subject to the Christian dispute-resolution provisions above. Nothing in the Company's Christian Governance statement denies the lawful authority of applicable civil law.

We may update these Terms as the site or Company changes. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
